By creating an account, browsing plantwish.io, or buying from PlantWish, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PlantWish is an educational and informational platform. Its herb profiles, remedy suggestions, AI conversations, wellness plans, and practitioner directory are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no practitioner relationship is created by using them.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any herb, supplement, or wellness regimen, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Do not delay seeking medical care because of something you read or were told in the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PlantWish. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Paid plans and herb bundles are billed through our payment provider at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew each cycle until cancelled, and you can skip a delivery or cancel at any time from your subscriptions page; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Shipping times are estimates. Products from partner brands may follow that partner's warranty and return terms, which we will point you to at purchase. Prices and bundle contents may change.

You keep ownership of the photos, posts, reviews, and journal entries you create. By posting publicly, you grant PlantWish a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within the service. You are responsible for having the right to share whatever you upload.

We may remove content or limit accounts that contain unlawful material, medical misinformation about treatments, harassment, spam, or personal information belonging to others.

• Do not break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, or probe, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not resell PlantWish content or use it to train competing models without permission.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as a practitioner unless you have completed verification.

Some products and resources link to partner sites, including affiliate links. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, or their terms, and a link is not an endorsement of every claim made there.

PlantWish is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from relying on educational content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Questions can be sent to support@plantwish.io.
