PlantWish ("PlantWish," "we," "us") operates plantwish.io and the PlantWish app, a herbal wellness platform offering an herb library, AI-guided recommendations, personalized wellness plans, practitioner services, and shipped herbal bundles.

Account information. Your name, email address, and profile details, plus a profile photo if you sign in with a third-party account.

Sign-in information. If you choose to sign in with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and your basic profile details from that provider. We never receive your password for those accounts.

Wellness information you choose to share. Symptoms you log, health goals, herbs and remedies you save, journal entries, meal plans, check-ins, wearable data you connect, and photos or posts you publish in the community.

Purchase and shipping information. Items ordered, delivery address, order history, and subscription status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

AI conversations and uploads. Messages you send to our AI herbalist or wellness coach, and images or files you upload for analysis or identification.

Technical information. Device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the app, used to keep the service secure and working.

• Create and secure your account, and sign you in.
• Deliver the features you use, including personalized herb, meal, and wellness suggestions.
• Process orders, subscriptions, payments, and shipping, and send related updates.
• Connect you with practitioners or services you request.
• Improve our content, AI outputs, and product experience.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• Send service messages and, if you opt in, promotional messages you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Wellness data you log is sensitive, and we treat it that way. It is used to power the features you request, such as tracking trends or generating personalized plans, and it is not sold. Recommendations and AI responses are generated from the information you provide and general herbal information; they are educational only and are not medical advice.

We share information only as needed to run PlantWish:

• Service providers that host our app and database, process payments, ship orders, send email, and support AI features, under contracts limiting their use of your data.
• Practitioners, when you book or share records with a practitioner of your choosing.
• Other community members, for content you post publicly, along with the display name you choose.
• Legal and safety, when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers, if PlantWish is merged, acquired, or its assets transferred.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand which parts of the app are used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though signing in and some features may stop working.

We keep account and wellness data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege rules on our data to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in credentials private.

• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing, such as marketing email or wearable connections.
• Delete individual wellness entries, posts, or uploads you have added.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any right, email support@plantwish.io and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

PlantWish is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
